Best Customer service ever! They were already closed, still picked up the phone, drove TO ME picked up my flat, drove back to Discount changed it, then brought it back to me and got me rolling again! Thank you so much Jordan at Discount! Employee of the year seriously!
I had a tire that was very low and needed help fast so I pulled into Discount Tire at 6:45. I had no clue when they closed, but the man told me they had been closed for 45 minutes. In spite of being almost closed for an hour he helped me fill all 4 tires!! I was so greatful he took the extra time to make sure I was safe! I know he was hot, tired and ready to go home. You guys ROCK!!!! Thank you so much!!!
I brought my car in on Saturday to replace the tires. They did not have them in stock so I had to pay for them and bring it back on Monday. That's understandable so I dropped it off at 8:45 Monday morning. After waiting all day for them to call I call them at 3:15 or so to see if it was ready and they said it was. I picked up the car at about 4:30 and drove it home.
