Spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge I was waiting to get my tires checked. Finally asked a worker passing by how much longer was told a few minutes, after a total of 20 minutes I finally left. That is the second time this happened, I understand the place is busy but customer service shouldn't have to suffer. Do better!!
Came by thurs evening to get three sets of tires. They didn’t have in stock. They ordered three I didn’t have to pay it till after it on my truck. He told me my appt is set for 12:30pm. Yesterday morning. Saturday morning at 8 am here I am and to drop it off. He got it finished in 30 mins. I was shocked. It was a long line out to the door. Busiest place on earth. Happy camper. Thanks guys.

I recently had to purchase 4 tires for my Mercedes GL total cost over $1600. The last tires I bought from Discount tire didn't even last 10,000 miles. I asked them if they would discount the new tires and they refused. I've just got in my car and my car is telling me that the 4 pressure gauges on each tire read - 46, 41, 44, 54. They've not even bothered to ensure the pressure is correct and haven't rotated them. Terrible service. Won't ever go back here!
Waited 10 minutes as first in line for air in my tires. Shame on me for killing so much of my time but....ridiculous!
First was told “1hr 40min” wait. That passed by, other people after me were done and leaving so i had to ask for ETA. After 1hr 40min they say an extra 40min! HORRIBLE. Never again. Could of gone to another shop and be in and out. It was just for ONE tire. Can’t imagine having to change all 4 would take 2days!!
I like discount tire because it is clean, professional, fixes flats for free, and offers s wide range of products. I don't like the long wait.
