Sitting here for 20 minutes to get my free air check... watching 8 employees stand and chat in front of my car and not a single person acknowledges you. Unlucky for me my warranty is with discount tires... but just be aware there are other places to get tires and probably where they acknowledge you’re here.
RecommendedAll my vehicles roll on tires from Discount Tire! If I ever had an issue they took care of me. I have never had a blow out since they started taking care of my tires decades ago!

Blew a tire hitting a curb in Katy. After roadside assistance changed my tire, I headed over to the Katy Frwy & Mason Rd location to get the tire checked out. So glad I have road hazard coverage. Trey and his team were very courteous and professional and got me back on the road under 2 hours.
They are by far the best place to buy tires. They will beat anyone's prices. I went yesterday at ten minutes before closing time seems they fixed my flat ftw of charge, and my tires where not even originally bought from them. I'll never use anyone else ever. I have also been going there to get my tires rotated and they never charge me. Best tire store ever. only wish they would do alignments.
I have always given Discount Tire awesome reviews, the guys are always super helpful 😊 Yesterday, there was a long line for the (free) tire air pressure check...the guy attending the line was not happy and it showed 😐 maybe next time when the weather changes and all the women line up to get their tire air checked —maybe alternate the guys every 30 min 😉
