Had my first damn blowout. One exit from where I was heading too. Lucky Discount tire was a mile away. Had to do a Indy 500 tire change in my work clothes. Arrived 5 minutes late but they took care of me. That's why I only buy my tires from Discount Tires.

I think that it is honorable for Discount Tires to offer FREE air check. However I feel that it is so disrespectful for you to wait over 15 minutes before they acknowledge your presence. Then after waiting 20 minutes total and there's a line of cars someone comes to assist you. Being that my husband and I have been customers for over 20 years this is disheartening. If I wasn't a customer I wouldn't become one. Free or not customer service is key!
Bought 2 new tires then went to get an alignment. Was told by the mechanics that the tire was defective " had a radial pull" which means that the rubber was uneven. Went back to tire place and they're solution was to put it on the rear so it won't pull. And I'm missing my hubcap. Will not be going back there. I rather pay more and trust that it's repaired correctly
I bought a set of tires Monday. Rather than bury my nose in my cell phone, I watched as the tire tech mounted and balanced my new tires. Good thing because he didn't completely balance the driver side front tire. I spoke to the salesman and he told the tech put the tire back on the spin balancer to finish his job. I will not be buying tires at this location again.
We went in with a bolt in my front tire. I went in assuming I'd have to pay for a new tire. They actually fixed the tire I had. So happy with the service that was provided!
Got new tires there yesterday, sales person was friendly and the wait was not long at all, he explained all the benefits I was getting with my purchase which was great!! Definitely recommend this place.
Great customer service. Quick turnaround time. It did help that I got there between rushes!
I've never had a problem there. The guys are always friendly and helpful. We're long time customers.
