It was a great experience! I had a 9 AM appt for a tire spin and rotation and was out of there within 30 min! Service was great!! �
Service above and beyond - knowledgable with integrity! Great service and price with our tire exchange, but it was the service above and beyond that really stood out. Our car battery died while there. Justin (general manager I believe) went above and beyond and actually changed out our battery for us. I highly recommend this company for your tire needs not only for the service, but for the quality of people working there. Thank you!
One wheel and four calipers scratched on my 2014 C7 Corvette Stingray and then denied responsibility for the calipers only agreed to replace my wheel? To add insult to injury, one of the Techs there tells me "We won't work on your car from now on"! Seriously? Truly disappointed :-(
The employees here are so unprofessional that they chipped the paint on my C7 Corvette Wheel & Red Calipers. The red paint, o decided to let go, but when the replacement wheel came in, they refused to install it as well. Very unprofessional!
I have never had a bad experience going to this location. Very attentive and very helpful sales people and service members.
