Made an appointment earlier in the week. Got there and got guidance on good tires. In and out in 30 minutes. Tires ride quiet too
Always a pleasure, thank u! Helped me repair my tire
This store, like most DTS I’ve been to is very well run. I had a side wall encounter (puncture) and stopped in for the replacement. Paid for warranty covered the tire. They brought to my attention the age of my spare, which I replaced with a quality used 2016 tire and was back on the road in 30 minuets. Stellar and efficient work at my neighborhood Discount Tire!!
GREAT customer service. Immediately greated with a smile and handshake . Very professional.
Chris made my 'let me stop and see what I need' trip into a 'i just got 4 perfect tires and wheels with great holiday rebates' trip. He was pleasant and patient, answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed and know he helped guide me to exactly what made sense for me.
I love this store. Even though I had a longer wait than usual my tire was taken care of as always within the time frame I was given. I can always count on a honest and pleasant experience
