Really nice guys, was in and out with my tire fixed in about 30 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon.
Walked in at 3:38 in the afternoon today and walked out after waiting for 5 minutes and not even getting a hello. A simple acknowledgment that I am a customer can go a long way. Time to buy tires somewhere else.
Huge thanks to the 1604/Bandera Discount Tire Store. They have some awesome employees that work there. Traveling 1604 access Rd I had a blow out. as i was driving looking for a safe place to pull over a guy was chasing me down then knocked on my window. He had a Discount tire shirt on and proceeded to tell me they would change out my tire. I pulled over to feel like I was in a pit stop for a car race. These guys were so fast and extremely friendly. Little frustrated !!! No after hour number? They put 2 new tires on my car.... Started shacking and making noise so I take it back on Saturday afternoon...they said they would leave keys in so I could pick up latter... I went back, they were Closed and my Car is NO Where In SITE!!! Since they are closed Sundays.... I now have NO car till Monday morning!!!!!!! As a single mom, what the heck am I substo do???
