I’m not one to rant and rave about businesses like but MAN... This one on Bandera and 1604 has it goin’ on! The parking lot was busy, but they had it flowing. People in and out. Keeping people in their cars while they work on them. I had my baby with me, they didn’t wanna put me on the lifts, so they told me to pull around to a parking spot where they could easily jack me up and change my tire. Awesome service!
Due to COVID and all The Discount Tire Stores closing, I waited 3 hours to be seen. Luckily, Adam had already set my 4 tires aside after having paid for them in advanced, this helped. Then Joey came to the rescue after the store realized that I had been waiting so long. The crew got my tires changed in 20 minutes. I was pleased! My new tires are Beautiful and I appreciate the crew at Discount Tire!
