I went in for tire pressure check and just like last time they highly recommended I change out my tires thoroughly explaining worse case scenario. Since I had the money I decided to take their recommendation and go for it. I believe his name was Zack, but he went through each of the options and his recommendations and explaining the things I didn’t understand about the difference in tires. He said it would take an hour and half but I was within an hour. Super friendly staff and great service.
What other business does an awesome service at no charge. Discount Tire is giving peace of mind for free. I will always buy my vehicle tires from them.
Today I went in for rotate and rebalancing. When they were done the guy working on my car told me they snapped two studs off. And they could order some for me but I needed to wait for the guy to pull my car out to tell me. That guy tells me they should cost me a dollar a piece and have a shop put them in for me. I went to several different parts stores and the cost was 12.99-14.99 each. Now this has completely ruined my day.
Got a flat tire 5 minutes before they closed, and had just driven in town 10 hours from being on vacation. They were really nice to us and said if we could get there in 10 minutes that they could still help us. That was 10 minutes after their normal closing time...Yes, I highly recommend this location, and I will continue to go there as I have for the last few years. Thanks Discount Tire!

Had an appointment to have my tires balanced and rotated. I sat there for 2.5 hours and watched countless people check in and pick up keys after me. They didn’t pull my car in until 15 minutes before they handed me my keys. I like Discount Tire but I did not have a good experience at the location I went to today. 11433 W Loop 1604 N San Antonio TX. I feel since I didn’t buy tires that I was put at the bottom of their priority list.
