Great service, great people!!! Not all discount tire shops are the same. But this one should be the model for all others to follow.
You folks must be lucky to get good service here.Not only the employees are rude but the people that go in there stair at you with evil looks, for no good reason! I have gotton nothing but run around here and as a matter a fact i have to return there tommorow. The place is very nice and clean and you get free cofee and water but that doesn,t mean good business. After tomorrow that may be the last rip here. Some-one not me, but i,am having some-one to talk with the manager. Again we have had nothing but run arounds here.
5 star! Jeremy was the best. He sold me the tires for my explorer in 2015. I have bought tires from discount tires for many years and they are always helpful! I get email reminders to balance and rotate and check air pressure. I love that! Visit them and ask for Jeremy!
Awesome service Even put my stuff away for me from when I had changed the flat tire
Even though I have to replace another tire due to a screw in the side wall, these guys went the extra mile. I work out that way but didn't want to drive back out there tomorrow to get the new tire (26 miles). Trevor called the DT closest to me and they are ordering my tire. They will call me tomorrow when it's in. You have a customer in me. Thank you! (Now if someone could teach me to avoid these screws, my pocketbook would feel better! :-))
