Perfect experience in every way! The Assistant Manager, Joshua, too the necessary time and effort to thoroughly explain everything being done, including taking the time to speak with my husband on the phone to clarify.
They are always extremely helpful and honest. Had to wait awhile, but wasn't bad. The waiting room was slowly getting full! Good reputation and customer service!

Had a screw in my tire. Didn't get there till 15 min. Before they closed. I hated that they had to stay late. But they were very nice and professional. Good job guys!
We always use Discount Tire. Sometimes they are pretty busy and we have a wait. But yesterday we were lucky enough to be in and out within about 45 minutes. We have always been extremely satisfied with the service.
