today took my car to discount tire because one of my tires kept getting low. Told me I had a nail near side wall tire needed to be replaced. Was under warrantee so no cost. Highly recommend. Been buying tires rom this company for years.
Went in for new tires, thought I was getting a great deal and everything would go smoothly. Soon after they take my car one of the employees comes out to tell me that all my sensors are no good. Never had an issue with them until I brought my car to this location! He tried to sell me four new sensors for an additional $240 but because I already spent so much on my tires he would give them to me for $160! Today only special. Great experience with Mike, who took the time to explore my options and explain the differences. Informative, and pricing beat all other competion, so even though it takes a little longer, you receive good pricing with good choices in available stock. I have more time than money so I "spent" the extra time patiently waiting. I would strongly recommend this location. Thanks guys see you in 50k.
Excellent service. . .Cory's customer service was great. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. The shop was full and he did not show any impatience with my concerns about my tire with a nail in the front driver's side. My tire was fixed with no charge. I did purchase my tires at Discount Tire. Four to be exact a few months ago. Thank you for your service.
I've been to other locations of Discount Tire in the past with no problems. I had made an appointment at the Lombard location on 12/7 @ noon and was told the appointment to get 2 new tires would take about an hour. The appointment took over 2 hours and that was only after I complained twice. I was also told that the time of my appointment was over booked which contributed to the delay. The service was very poor at this location.
