Let me start by saying I would have rather been anywhere else in the world on black Friday. Tires and car stuff are not my thing. BUT I can honestly say they are the nicest, honest, hardworking guys with the BEST customer service. Like was out the door and Michael took his time and answered all my questions and helped me get new tires. It was a great experience (that I hope I never have to do again)!!
Ive bought at least 32 tires here over the years. These guys do what they do best with superior customer service. Thanks Scott for giving me an upgrade while the tires I asked for were not in inventory.
Had no issues. They were professional, quick, and explained everything clearly to me. There were no hidden charges, no attempts to add excessive extra services or parts.
