After years of doing business with this company and this location of which I had always been happy with I found myself being pressured into new tires and not being listened to about the problem I was there for. Also both times I arrived for my appointment I waited more than half an hour, not to mention being made to wait in the cold outside (no one mentioned I could wait inside and the front entrance was blocked). RecommendedOver the course of the 2 days I was there (tires had to be ordered), I had contact with 7 employees. ALL of them were extremely polite and customer-focused. I also appreciated the COVID protocols. You drive your own car into and out of the bay, so no one else sits inside of it. Thanks to Asst Mgr Dave for taking good care of me.

I always go to discount tire or my tire needs! And they always seem to get my vehicle done 15 to 30 minutes before I was estimated no matter what I go there for!! Today I was there for a flat front tire on my 98 Honda Accord. They not only were able to fix the flat for FREE, but they also put more air in my Spare tire too! REALLY Great group of Mechanics!
