ever since they did the remodel, they went down hill. I have been in there 2 times, tried to call , no answer, tried to go online it would not let me make appt. they are so worried only about getting new business then to service the people who have been their customers for years and ignore the fact that u have a service contract. they used to be awesome now they suck!!!
Nice place but they seemed a bit disorganized. I didn’t like that when you came in they didn’t acknowledge you. Even though I was in line. Someone could have said. Good morning we’ll be right with you other than that quick service. Clean place. When making an online order and appointment price should state not includening taxes and fees
I was there for the first time last week and WOW what a great experience , great customer service, everyone there was really nice and helpful, I highly recommend this store !
Very courteous service and even though it took a long time because it was very busy, it was comfortable.
