I didn't have an appointment. But, I went to get tires rotated and balanced. Individual's who also didn't have appointments and were there after I was, got thier work done ahead of me. 1 hour and 55 minutes to do a rotation and balance? I think your service priorities need to be reviewed I purchased my tires for 3 vehicles from you and still get bad service. I think I'll have to go to another discount tire outlet.
