I was immediately met at the door by a friendly worker. He explained to me my options,because I forgot to make an appointment, and gave me a 2 hour wait time which wasn’t bad. The workers instead of hiding walked around often and talked to us, asking if we had any questions. Service was great.
Had some issues with my appointment last week, could not get tire changed that really needed to be changed. After talking with manager he got me right in today and got my tire changed and got discount. Very happy thanks for listening to my problem and getting it fixed asap.
I was in distress because I had a blow out on 80/94. The staff was so kind and patient...I thought it would be a long wair because the place was packed but it didnt take long at all.

Called to make an appointment on a Saturday morning, MJ the salesman took my name and held a spot for me. In and out quicker than I thought and the damage to the wallet was less than I expected. Well done Discount Tire!!!
I can't even describe my gratitude for this store & location. Punctured my tire & right before the holidays, it's tough to squeeze things like this in to my budget. After listening to my tears, Will looked up my phone number & told me to bring the tire in & they would fix it for me free of charge. I'm here now waiting patiently, watching all of their service reps & they are nothing but kind to all of their customers who walk in. Thank u for taking the stress off me so my family & I can enjoy the holidays and little easier! �
I will always purchase my Tires from Discount Tires. I Love the service and the price. Staff is amazing..Great Job Guys
Friendly staff, clean waiting area, comfortable chairs if you need to wait. Coffee water etc was a nice touch. I'd consider 5 stars but who loves spending money that way nonetheless I got a good deal. The tires I chose were not in stock but arrived the next day.
