Regional office should answer phone. NOt a recording saying will get to you as soon as possibe. Called AM of 1-13-0-20 now AM 1-18-20, and still no call back. Highland store overtightend wheel lugs and stipped wheel locks, was sent to another tire store to have lug nuts loosened., Then had to go back to Highland to have tire tken care of and wheel locks replaced.
