They usually do a good job- but not the other day. I saw my car was done being serviced. I saw a tech bring in the paperwork and set it in the bin. I sat and waited for someone to call my name. It was like I was the invisible customer. It had to be almost a half hour. So I figured something was wrong and approached the counter. To my dismay they told me they broke off a stem bolt. RecommendedDiscount Tires made the promise to mount all tires for customers that come in today by 5:00. I’m one of the lucky ones as my tire tread was 1/32 and not road worthy. Now I can drive to be with family for Thanksgiving 😃🦃😋

Servicemen and customer service is A+. I had an appointment @8:30am, there by 8:05am, out before 9a. Excellent service & customer service. Highly recommend. Professionalism A+. Polite & fair. I won’t deal with anyone else.
Made an appointment on their web page. I arrived 10 minutes was taken care of immediately. I bought 4 new tires and service was done in 30 minutes.
Replaced, rotated, and balanced all 4 tires in a timely manner. She’s riding like a gem again. Everyone there is pleasant and informative. I couldn’t be any more pleased
