Long wait just to have a slow leak looked at. I had even bought the tires from them and got no extra service two hours I had to wait to get it fixed. I've been a loyal customer for years. I would think they would give loyalty extra service.
Waited two hours to have them look at a slow leak. They took care if least three others that came in after us because they bought something. Refused to fix it because the tires weren't new even though there was no tread issues. Didn't even bother to suggest putting on the full size spare because they didn't have the tires in stock. Was nasty and even jumped right in and said they don't work on commission. I used to be a loyal Discount Tire customer but this store does nothing but try and sell you new tires. Very impressed with the crew that rotated tires on my truck...re-balanced, checked tire pressure, and wire brushed inside of rims.....great customer service.
As always they took great care of us! I had a nail in my tire and it was 5pm and they took care of it within 11/2 hrs. We have bought tires for sometime and always get great care!
Had to buy a tire due to road hazards damage. I had ask that they check the air on my other tires. They failed to do it. I also ask them to inspect another tire for possible damage. They failed to do that Also. It may just this store. They seem to have poor management and lack direction.
