Pulled up Around 840 am this morning. It was pretty busy . A great service advisor named chris helped me and didn't charge me a thing. Definitely will be buying tires here when the time comes .
I would never have tires changes here again or recomend anyone else does unless you want a scuffed scratched up rim. The service was quick. Maybe why they screwed up my rim. The attendant became cocky when i told him and showed him the rim i think because his police friend was there getting tires. I have camaro sports car rims and asked before i let them work on it if they could do it without scuffing the rims and attendant looked at the wheels before they even did the work. Went in to get 4 new tires was quoted one price so I went there instead of walmart I get there and it's a $104 more than I was quoted then a wheel stud was broke and it was blamed on who put the spare on and I was told they don't fix those so a $5 wheel stud ended up costing me an additional $65 dollars at my mechanic ,they referred me to Christian Brothers and they wanted $180 to replace 1 stud I'm not very happy with the service I received from them today
Best service of any company I know, and this location is no exception.
Stopped in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. After having it inspected, they recommended 2 new tires. I'm a brand new teacher in Roanoke and couldn't afford new tires until payday at the end of the month. After realizing my slow leak was unrepairable, they put two used tires on for free. Incredible customer service, and I'll be back on payday for new ones!
Placed was packed but they still had me in and out in about 45 minutes. Very friendly staff!
I have been a DTC customer for a few years. Today I went in to get some new tires for my truck. It's memorial day weekend and all the staff were wearing Armed Forces shirts. Awesome that these guys are acknowledging the memories of our fallen. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. Customer service. It's a lost art..
