Wish there was a negative number to choose from!! Had the most terrible humiliating experience there this morning and will NEVER go to a Discount Tire again!! The tire you all said could not be repaired and needed to be replaced was repaired and put under warranty by your competitor down the road!! After thinking over the experience not one customer that came in this morning received what they asked for!! You all up sold every single customer I watched you wait on for the whole 2 hours!! Amazing and quick service as always!
Great service! The staff is professional and friendly. The wait time (at 1:40pm on a Thursday) was less than 5 min. My tire was fixed in an hour which was less than expected (original time of wait was 1 hour 15 min). I highly recommend this place.
Had a screw in my left rear tire. I arrived 35 minutes before closing. Tire was repaired and I was out and back on my way in 20 minutes. My family started buying tires from Todd Eddy at Discount Tire in Euless in 1986. Always great service no matter which location!
The gentlemen who work here are so courteous. No wonder they are always busy, their customer service is phenomenal!!
