Always have and always will love DTC! I have been buying tires here since I could drive. Friendly associates, quick service, and quality work. But I have one recommendation; Free Wi-Fi. :)
I'm a loyal customer for nearly 20 years. However after 3 issues in the last month. I'm going to have to rethink my tire purchase this summer. In the last month I've been double charged on a tire and wheel purchase. Stud broken off, now I have to take time to go get it fixed. On the same visit my TPMS was not reset. Forcing me to waste more time and return to the store. Come on guys, you are better than this.
These guys have the best customer service and great attitudes! They stayed 30 mins after closing to repair my flat tire today!
Kudos to Nathan. He is such a caring person. Safety is always first on his list. I went in because my tire pressure light came on and there were noises coming from my tires. Nathan quickly identified the problem and assist me in getting my tire ordered (none in stock). He had my spare put on and got me scheduled back in, later in the afternoon to come back in for my tire to get mounted back on. Had a flat tire so drove there on a donut. Upon entering I explained I had a flat and planned to buy 2 new tires rather than just getting one. The gentleman who assisted inspected my tires, informed me that my flat had a screw and could be fixed for FREE and he at this time did not recommend getting any tires as mine looked good. WHAT HONESTY! I will go back for all of my tire needs from now forward!!!!
