Such a great experience. We was on our way home from Muskegon, had a blow out. We made it to the Alpine store. Amazing, they had my tire on my car before I was barley able to sit in the lobby. Great work Guys. Thank you.
I purchased 4 rims and two tires 6 weeks ago. I developed a problem with one tire going flat. A really simple fix for a plug repair. While I understand the concept of first come first serve, why place a 5 minute repair in a queue of full tire replacements with a backlog of 8 hours? Why not evaluate a simple fix like that and move those issues out the door quickly to free up parking space. Called twice this morning, went on hold immediately. Waited 10 minutes, and no one answered the phone. Not very good service, guess I call someone else.
We ALWAYS get the best service from this crew! Phil and his guys are top notch and HONEST...can't beat that! Definitely worth the drive across town �
Tires are a decent price. But then they get you with all of these fees. I ended up paying $800 for $600 set of tires. Which they didnt say anything about until check out. Then the tire started leaking slowly so my wife took it to the one on 28th st. They turned her away and told her to go where we bought them (stupid they couldnt look at it). So my wife brought it to the one on alpine. Now its even worse. Will be going somewhere else with my business.
Despite the 6 hour wait, they were friendly, honest and hard working. They close at 5pm, but don't leave until all vehicles brought in that say are done. The wait wasn't their fault, people wait until the weather turns bad before they get new tires on.
