Arrival 9:30am w/ no appointment just to be fair here. Quoted a 4 hour job on a purchase of a full set of snow tires to install. That's acceptable, no appointment results in a longer wait. However at 5 hours later being quoted an additional 2 hours is NOT acceptable. Would have been our 5th full set of tires purchased here. Turned out to be a blessing though. SAM'S CLUB!! Sam's of all places is installing the exact same set for $150 cheaper in the morning 🤣🤣🤣

We always use Alpine Discount Tire for all our business & personal vehicles. We ordered 4 new tires, & had to have them installed on a busy Saturday. Mike was very helpful & professional.
Great except for broken stud, which lug nut was cross threadedat the Plainfield store Back in Dec. So yesterday upon removing winters it broke. All repaired by guys at Lentz Up the street. Guess stuff happens
