To be perfectly honest I have always had nothing but great things to say about Discount and this store particularly. But lately things seem to have changed. This last trip in was because of my TPMS light was on..... 3rd time in 2 weeks. With unit replacement and rim cleaning. The problem it has been the same tire. My neighbor who actually ask me who I used and values my opinion went to Discount and was not given the kind of treatment she felt she should have received. Bought a set of Arizonian for my van and had them for a month and I don't like them ,so for another $80.00 more they gave me a set of Falken tires and so far it works better on a wet pavement.
Waiting in line 20 minutes, guy at desk answering phones instead of waiting on the 10 people in line
They did an amazing job. I only had 106 and I was only trying to replace one tire because it was super bald. But khary looked at my tires. Said I can’t leave only getting one tire. So he worked with me and got me 2 brand new tires for $90 for my suv sized tires and that was AFTER taxes. I WILL be returning!!! Thank you guys so muchhh!! You guys are life savers!!!
Such excellent service this morning from Jared. I went there because my low tire pressure light came on. While there, my battery died. They were so helpful and nice. One of the guys (I didn't catch his name) used his personal car to jump start mine so I wouldn't have to have it towed in. And, they got the tire all fixed up as well. I will always go there as long as they continue to provide such excellent service.
Great service. James was very attentive to the issues we were having. Got us in right away. Our vehicle needed to be serviced by ford dealer and then go back to Discount tire. They even worked with ford to have their staff get my vehicle from ford so I didn't have to drive an hour from my house just to drive my vehicle up the street two miles. We will def. be returning customers should we need anything in the future.
Always had great, friendly service here. I took my vehicle in to have a slow tire leak diagnosed and was ready to drive away in less than an hour. The tire had a nail in it and they fixed it with no charge. They also have great deals on new tires.
