This is the 2nd time we’ve been in to get my wife’s tires rotated per the sales agreement, would’nt let us make an appointment to get it done, told us to come down and they would work us in... We’ll 3 hrs latter they still weren’t done so we left.. From now on I’ll buy local in Howard City or Big Rapids where I have had good service in the past.....

Discount Tire on Alpine has been AMAZING to work with, especially their employee Chance! Chance has helped me over the past three months with three or four hole patches (due to nails). He installed my new tires because a staple got stuck in my tire side wall. NOW my front driver side tire (note, I just purchased four new tires a few weeks before) got ANOTHER hole in the sidewall! I waited, again, with an appointment, for 45 minutes. Was in for a tire rotation and they stripped a lock nut. Oh sorry, if you get another one we’ll put it on for you. Well, you stripped it, why is it my responsibility to run around and find another one and then go back and wait...what...another hour to have it put on? They needed to step up and get the part, or order it or whatever they needed to do to make this right. I am very disappointed in their ability to keep appointments and fixing their mistakes. I won’t be back
Excellent and expedient service. I ordered 4 new rims, rubber & pressure sensors. They had them all assembled and ready for install when I arrived for my appointment. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
I am a hospital employee working during this challenging time and really needed tire work. I stopped in got the work done and was treated very well by the staff! I will be a customer for life!!!
