Kaylee is very sweet and helpful! Even as busy as they were, she treated everyone with kindness and respect. I didn't personally interact with Mike however, while I was waiting I noticed more than one occasion that he was rude and condescending towards Kaylee. She let it roll of her back with a smile but that type of toxic environment could wear on a person. Be nice Mike. There's no cool points for being a jerk to your coworkers.
Need more help when you have inclement weather...
Very dissapointed !! Went in today for a nail in tire. Was told tread was gone in front wheels. So got 4 tires ordered and put on. I read my receipt noticed that they put wrong tires on receipt. Let them know that and they said it was ok even the manager!!! Well I get home read my book it says I should only have the size required on my equinox! Needless to say gonna loose another day of work to see if they can get the right size !!! As well as my temps light is on so they didn’t install anything. Been with them for years nev... read more

I’m sure all the guys that work for discount tire are amazing but I can’t say enough for the guys at the alpine location! What they did for me and my family today is well above and beyond!
