This Discount Tire location went above and beyond for me over and over again, and as long as I live in MI, I won't go anywhere else!!! 10/10 Recommend!
I waited on hold for 46 minutes for the "next available sales representative". Seriously displeased.
For those that don't know they repair minor tire leaks etc at no charge, even if the tire was not bought there.
Nicest people. Great Service. They are great at walking you through all the options
Very unresponsive! Poorly ran! Will never use this location again...... stick to Grandville
Had a customer service issue and they went above and beyond to fix it. Made a lifetime customer.
Great service and very prompt. I went in thinking i need 4 new tires but was told i only needed two, thanks for being so honest! I would highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone needing tires
