RecommendedI got a hole plugged Friday morning...they assured me this was a permanent fix however my tire is still leaking
They called me on a Saturday to say my tires were in. I stated that I do not get out of work until 4pm. Knowing that they close at 5pm. Jayden stated to come in we will take care of you. They stayed until 5:30 to take care of my car. They were professional and my car has new tires. Their prices are great. And they don't sell you anything you do not want. I am a customer for life.
One of the sales associates tim is one of the rudest people I have ever met ! He handles you like you are a complete idiot about your cars situation! Everyone else here is great ! But tim I will never deal wit again poor customer service ! I’ve been in the customer service industry for 15 years and have never met someone like this before !

I stopped in 10 minutes before closing time today, and expected to get the run around about it’s too late to start a project. BUT I was given the exact opposite reaction, Jeff was going to make sure that I was helped, and leave happy. After inspecting my tires, and coming to the conclusion they weren’t able to be repaired, sold me a set of used tires for an extremely good price. I couldn’t be happier with the service I was given on 3/2/2018. (10 minutes before closing!) Shout out to Jeff, you sir, are one in a million!

This Discount Tire location has always been my go to place for tires. The service is outstanding, they will always do their best to make you a happy customer. On our last visit I had 4 new tires on hold for our yukon, we got there and they couldn't find them so they offered an upgraded tire to us at no cost. They did end up finding the ones on hold but the fact that they offered an upgrade at no charge and great service is why this is the only place I buy tires👍
