After an initial disagreement with their corporate office due to their mistake the team at Discount Tire worked extremely well to rectify it. Needless to say they have more than helped me and I would be happy to give them my business again for my next purchase.
excellent customer service
The staff here are amazing. Blew a tire on the freeway, and got there within less than an hour of them closing. They worked with me with getting a new tire on before they closed for the day. Definitely would recommend this Discount Tire. The staff there listen and sincerely try and help their customers.
Was told hour and a half walk in wait it has been almost 2 and my car hasn’t been touched smh make sure to get an appointment service otherwise is not good
