They broke my steering hose! !! And instead of taking it to the dealership they take it to a small business.
I had my winter tires switched over today and had excellent customer service- much better than when I've visited one of their other locations. Mitch, who helped me out, was great about explaining everything thoroughly and with a smile. Often I find I am treated differently for being a young woman or for have a low budget. Mitch was very pleasant to work with and now I look forward to coming back in the fall. The service was done is a very timely manner as well. Thanks!!!
Excellent service and always friendly. Tony bent over backward to fix and make up for some supply issues on my most recent visit. They do everything to take care of you and get you in and out as quickly as possible.
