Had a appointment for 10:15, car was pulled out of the shop at 11:14!
I would give it a 3.5, there wasn't any problems persay, I called in and was told the tires I wanted were in and I asked how busy they were, as I was only 5 minutes away. They said not busy and we're open till 6. I said ok and as I get to the front to talk to someone they tell me they don't have the tires I asked about. They upgraded me to some tires they did have at the same cost of the others. While I appreiacited that I did have to wait an hour and 45 minutes to get them installed. Super nice fast and friendly, Paul solved my problem in minutes and had me back on the road.
This place is top notch!!! We've purchased over 10 tires from two different Discount Tire stores and today we're adding 4 more tires from a third store! They have continually meet my expectations and this location met expectations, as well as exceeded them. So, yes, I would whole heartedly recommend Discount Tire, once again.
I stopped in today to fix a tire had a nail in it they got me right in and didn't charge me a dime you got my business
SCARY!!!!! Won't go back there! Just had my tires rotated at Maplewood Discount Tires. Went in with brakes in perfect working condition. Left with no brakes! Luckily no accident occurred and no one was hurt. Ironically they said they did not cause the problem, but immediately proceeded to repair and replace. Took my car to the dealer and they told me they (Discount Tire) clearly caused the problem and didn't even fix the problem properly. Dealership had to finish the job. Good grief!!!
