My first time going in to a shop for a tire repair. One of the salesperson up front lied to me that my tire couldn’t be patched because I already had a plug in it. I asked him why not and if they can take the plug out. He insisted they couldn’t. He then offered to sell me a tire since was in stock. After I already paid for the new tire I called my friend and found out it could have been patched.
