Horrible service checked in at about 11 AM walked out at 3:30 PM for a simple rotation and rebalance of tires

Came in for 1 tire and they gave me the wrong tire size. How the hell can you mess that up
Had an appointment but someone hit the pole and they were out of power. They helped me order my tires and called me the next day when they opened. My tires were.done in less then 30 min.
Had a 1:45 appointment and we got there early around 1:10. The guy said that it's ok and that it would ve done in 45 - 60 minutes. Over an hour later my car still hadn't moved and 3 cars who came in after us without appointments and been pulled it. When I talked to Joe, he said that since we were early we were at the bottom of the list. When I mentioned the 3 other cars to him, he walked to the shop to get someone to work on my car. If I hadn't pre-paid for the work, I would have gone elsewhere. We never did receive an apolo... read more
Joe was amazing! Super professional and friendly ! Best customer service ever especially during a crazy busy time during a storm!
