Ordered tires November 1st. Were told they would be in within 5 days. Now November 21st, have not been contacted by store AT ALL. Contacted corporate office who promised call from local store on November 17th. Still no call. Constant "Winter weather is coming and you may experience longer hold times" when trying to call to find out what is going on.
Fixed my tire for free even though my tire was bought somewhere else. Service was a little slow, but worth the wait for free service! Friendly and helpful staff!
Had a screw in my tire. I was able to fill it up with air and drive there. I had exceptional service. I was able to get right in and it was covered under warranty. No charge, fast service, and friendly staff.
Reps are personable. I had my car towed there because my tire was supposed to be under warranty. I hit a huge pot hole. Clerk says my van wore the tire down so no warranty, and my rim is bent. $200 later and 4 hours later, I left missing a day of work.
My 1st visit to a Discount Tire Shop in St.Paul, Minnesota was GREAT. The Service was Excellent, and the staff members were VERY friendly. I just moved here from Houston, Tx via New Orleans native. And, I LOVE friendly ppl! Thanks for such AWESOME and friendly service at this location. I recommend this store, and I will be doing more business in the future.
