RecommendedExcellent experience today. Was on my way to work when I realized something wasn't right about one of my tires. I rolled into Discount Tire and the young man came and checked it out. He discovered a screw in my tire, we walked back inside and within about 45 minutes the tire was repaired. I had barely mentioned that I was on my way to work when John picked up on that and was very conscientious about getting me on my way as quickly as possible. We had a nail in one of the tires, got there at 8 and out the door within the hour (if that!) There were 3 others ahead of us and bays were all ready to go, the guys came out one for each customer and got everyone going quickly.. awesome customer service!!
Very friendly meet me at my car. Helped right away was in and out in about 45 minuets. 4 new tires mounted and balanced and ready to drive out in less than 45 minuets. I call that professional. Thank you
