I would never go back to this store. I just took a tire to be fixed and they told me it could not be fixed but we will sell you a new tire. I said no. So their less than intelligent employee put my spare on and the tire in the bed of my truck. Exactly what I said not to do. I’ll never set foot in any discount tire store for the rest of my life. Their customer service and wait times are unacceptable and I won’t tolerate it any longer. While leaving, a man gave me a card for Southern Tire Mart .
RecommendedDiscount tire has come thru again...new set of Goodyear eagle F1 super car R3’s for my upcoming race...matched/beat my best pricing...great store site as well...professional and efficient! Thank you!

I used to be a fan of DT in New Braunfels. Unfortunately their customer service has gone down hill. The wait times are unreasonably long. I have even scheduled appointments and still have to wait for a long time past the appointment time. DT has also refused to rotate my tires or fix a flat due to "liability" reasons. Both instances were not true safety concerns (not sidewall patch or anything of that nature). I have already taken one car to Costco and had nothing but good experience with their customer service.
