I came in for just a patch on a tire but when they went to look they found 2 tires that had issues and took the nail out of the one I was not there for. I was upset because I was not able to pay to have now 2 problems. they were very helpful saw I was upset and told me they were sorry that it was on them and they would give me 1 tire for free. That is what I call good customer service they apologized and owned up to the mistake. I really do apreacuate them helping me and making me feel safer on the road.
I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appt at 10 am and was out the door and driving home by 10:05! No high pressure sales and everyone was super pleasant and professional. A+
