I could only afford 2 tires today and they helped my son by checking the warranty on my current tires and found them to somehow be defective from dry rot and cracking. Ended up getting 4 tires for the price of 2. The other discount tire by the new HEB was going to sell me 4 new tires. Location does make a difference.
Thanks so much for helping with my leaking tire. Ya'll were so-o-o busy while I was there, but the service was excellent. I have always tried to compliment your employees each time I visit your store. I want you to know that Discount Tire probably has the best, most efficient business in New Braunfels. Just wanted say thanks to the guys at this store for great service, attitude and desire to help. Excellent customer service and top notch crew, a true testimony to the store manager, Daniel Watson and the 20 or so years he has been in the business.
Have to say after dealing with both place on same day thanks to Daniel i left happy after 4 hrs out of my Saturday dealing he got it fixed hope he tell other about the censor light so others dont have to spend soo much time there
