I've been dealing with discount tires for many years. I wish the guys were more careful when changing, rotating, removing the tires my used to be new rims have scratches on them after they remove the tires every time never fails they put a new scratch on them I have another one from Monday when I purchased 2 new tires. I'm sure if it was theirs they would be more careful. Didn't pay for scratches and don't want them for free they can keep them. I had to stop in on Black Friday because of a warning light. The place was slammed packed and every employee in there was busting their butts to take care of everyone. When it was our turn Torin waited on us and was amazing. Super nice, knocked out the problem and we were on our way in less than 20 minutes. Thank you!!!
