I was having a crappy morning when I came out and discovered a flat tire. Then I realized that there was a huge slice in it. Of course this happened less than 30 minutes before a doctor’s appointment. LOL I was able to take my car/tire to Discount Tire and they got me a new tire WITHOUT hassling me to get the fanciest or most expensive tire(a)...NO bugging me to get something other than what I wanted. Walked in to buy a tire cash and carry out. For a farm truck that never leaves ranch and they said they can't sell me a tire because it's the wrong one. There not installing it I'm carrying it out. Guess my money's no good there. Never going back ever
Very professional. Ordered the tire for me called me when it came in. I had Drs appointment and went to store and very busy but within 45 minutes tire was installed and on my way home.

Went in thursday afternoon with a low pressure light and Tiki was able to find a nail in one of my tires. I had a slow leak so I went in the morning after to get it patched and was in and out under 10 minutes! Great customer service!
