I was in your Kyle, TX store this morning, very, very organized, watching distance, all employees wearing mask and following all protocols for safety. I felt safe which is I appreciate. Also, I was out of there with two new tires and they worked fast and efficiently. Thanks so much for keeping measures in this so crazy COVID 19 chaos.
Yesterday I had a flat tire and with everything going on in the world, it was the last thing I wanted to deal with. The guys at Discount Tire were AMAZING! They have different guidelines that they’re having to follow right now but they didn’t let that add any stress to my day. They were sweet, kind & so so helpful. They answered every one of my questions with a smile 😊 I am so grateful for such a great experience during such a rough day for me, and a rough time for our whole country. 🇺🇸
If I could give them 10 stars I would! We dropped my husbands hoopty off on Saturday for a full set of tires. We got a call an hour or so later that they had an issue. Some studs had broken off (no fault to them, the car is OLD). My husband is a mechanic and was like no big deal I can replace it. When we got there, they offered to tow it to Christian brothers to have it fixed, all at their OWN expense. I didn’t ask this, they offered.
