RecommendedI had an appointment at 9am to replace all tires in my Tacoma. I got there at 835am, and sat to wait for my car at 845am. At 856am, my truck was done. 11 minutes people. Absolutely outstanding service.

Fast and quick service. called to see if they had any tires of the size I needed. was told by Justin they had 5. so we went in and Marcos was very helpful. said it will take about 1hr to get our tire done. it only took about 30 mins. fastest tire service we ever had. Great Job guys for getting it done right at a very fast and quick paste. will definitely be going back soon.

Their service sucks and so do the managers. I asked for a rotation of tires and a small flat repair. Had to air it up once every couple of months. They wanted to charge $16 a tire to balance my 6 month old tires. Since I didn’t want to pay that, they came back with “my tire had a lump” they took it apart and since I didn’t want to pay for a new tire they just threw it in my trunk disassembled. I have been going to DT for over a decade in Galveston County it was always a bit of a hassle. My 1st time at the Kyle location and it was all around great customer service... Although they were busy they wasted no time getting me in & out... In addition they checked on me throughout the process... 🏁🏁🏁
