Thank you Discount Tire, for repairing my flat tire today at NO charge. I did not know that you all repair flats regardless of where the tires were purchased. Dustin took good care of me and told me that they would double check the tire to make sure that it is safe to repair. If not, we would discuss other options. I heard the thumping noise after I dropped my son off, I pulled over to see what was up and saw the bolt wedged in my tire.I went by discount tire in Kyle, I was greeted by David. He saw the bolt in the tire, and he immediately got a mechanic on it. It was at 4:15 Sat, they close at 5:00. I was in and out with them checking my other 3 tires also in 20 minutes. I needed 4 tires but could really only afford 2. These guys are awesome. They worked with me to get the price closer to what I could afford. I will never get tires anywhere else. Big Thank you to Justin for all his help and understanding!!
I was absolutely impressed with everyone I spoke with at Discount Tire! They all had great, friendly, polite attitudes!!!!! I arrived at Discount Tire after leaving another business with employees who had bad attitudes and acted as the customers were a nuisance!
