Free flat repair on my rental. They were very friendly and got me in and out on a busy day in 90 minutes without an appointment. I’ve used them for 20+ years in Folsom.
Making the same day appointment online was easy and once I arrived, they honored it. They greeted me, smiled, shook my hand, and kept me updated with progress. Friendly, prompt, thorough, efficient, even in a downpour of rain. They are great all the way around, just like their sister store on Manchaca and Slaughter. Customer for life.
The tire company is great to work with--fast and efficient. Very nice and clean shop and office showroom and they are very courteous.
Hmmm...where do I start. Well had a major flat on front of car. Now I am editing this review due to finding out that the guys repairing my car placed the spare and Jack/ tire iron in my compartment for additional seating. Thank you Justin for pointing out that compartment and seeing it wasn't actually missing. It was misplaced. Kudo's to you. I'll be back for more tires.
Was running late to work, they had a long wait and I didn’t have time to see if my tire was repairable. I said I would just come back the next day, and put my spare on myself since I was short on time, the gentleman helping me found a way to fit me in and throw my spare on for me and kept my tire to work on while I was at work. Came back to see if it was repairable, it wasn’t but they got me an amazing price on a tire. They were all so sweet and helpful!
I was floored by the friendliness and the respectfulness of each and every person who works here. From the time I placed my order/appointment online to the moment I was handed my keys after my tires were installed, I was blown away. I was met half way to the front door yesterday after parking my car. Now that’s service!
