The costumer service at Discount Tire Harper Village Is OUTSTANDING. I was in very bad need of new tires but low on cash they hooked me up and send me on my way with a smile. Great job Discount. I've been going there for a lot of years and this is why.
Went in at lunch, they fixed my tire, honored the warranty, and got me back to work on time......impressive!

Got a flat tire yesterday, and didn't notice until this morning, at 7:00, on our way to College Gameday. Both bedecked in our WMU Broncos gear, we rushed in right after 8:00, and were quickly helped out. Hoping the flat could easily be patched, we were disappointed when we got a call saying it would have to be replaced. We saw the damage on the tire and it wasn't pretty. Nothing like getting home from your dream vacation to a flat tire. Then your told that you need 2 new tires and they can't even pull your car in their garage without it being fixed because it's not safe to drive. So you have say yes to getting the two new tires just for them to call you and say that you need two more. BUT THEY SAY THAT THOSE TO TIRES ARE GOING TO BE FREE AND EARLY MERRY CHRISTMAS!
