If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!!! I’ve never had such a wonderful experience with any shop I’ve taken my car too! My boys were stranded on the highway with two flats on a loaded double axle trailer. Got to Beckley AV at about 5pm, and Discount Tire looked to me to be too busy to fit me in. So i first went to Walmart Tire, as they were empty, with 7 or 8 employees standing around doing nothing. Very friendly staff this visit. As I have not always had a good experience today was favorable. Since I needed a tire urgently, they worked me right in.
took a tire with flat to them. had appointment. was to told they don't clean rims anymore it went flat quickly. took back with appointment , was told we don't clean rims, recommended a new rim. gave us a hard time. went to Belle tire, they fixed and didn't charge anything. we had done business with discount for forty years. 8 autos. we are done.
Awesome staff! Went to Stadium dr Discount tire because my tire was losing air fast. Told me I would need to make an appointment. Not impressed!!! Called Battle Creek store and yes, they also take appointments, BUT when they heard I was losing air, stopping every 10 miles to air up they fit me right in! Again AWESOME STAFF! Thanks guy! Will definitely be back and worth the drive
