Manager caught in lying to me about different tire options and what other stores offer. Luckily I was knowledgeable about what I’m buying to know he was trying to rip me off. I’ll never shop here ever again. He will argue and lie about types of tires when price matching to up sell customers Instead of getting them a “discount”

Omg. If you just want some air in your tire don’t go here. Way to stupid to actually put air in a tire. It’s not an air compressor. I actually have one in my vehicle for construction work. “Free air”? What about the cost of dealing with this level of incompetence. This makes me sad about the school system. It doesn’t impress me when you act as if your performing a organ transplant. It’s not CPR, its tire inflation. Stay away from Harper Village Discount Tire.

they went the extra mile for me they plug my tire pull my car to the front have the door open for me running the people was nice funny I definitely definitely recommend this place the second one I've been to and they all treated me good so far

I was sitting in their parking lot 10 minutes before they opened. 1 minute before they opened 2 other customers in fancy cloths walk up and stand behind me at the door. 2 minutes later 2 workers come to the door and unlocked it and let us in. The workers went right to the people that came in after me and helped them first I said excuse me, did they have appointments? They said no. Both of them knew i was there first and first in line.
