Heading to Baffalo, NY later today. Last night, I notice that both front tires have bad wear and should be replaced. This morning, I show up at 8:00 AM without an appointment. Before I can get out of the car, a service rep comes outside and asks how he can help. He sets me up with 2 new tires, and I was on the road within 40 minutes. Thank you Discount Tire for great and timely service!
Very kind honest people! I visited today with my infant daughter to get my tires rotated. They were very kind, even pulled my car around because it was raining so we could get in quicker. One of the employees even loaded her stroller for me! That small gesture was very much appreciated! We will definitely be visiting again!
Once again I had a great experience at Discount Tire because of a less than great experience with a tire. Went in with a fleet vehicle for a tire "repair" at about 5:15pm (they close at 6pm) and the tire repair ended up being a tire replacement (hole in sidewall) but Mike, at the counter, and Cory in the service bay had me back on the road and on my way by 6:05pm even having to get fleet approval before they could do anything. GREAT JOB!!!
